Anyone know what's up with listing for southwest? I've been told a couple times when I've called the 1800 number to list for a flight that I need to use myidtravel and that they won't list me for a flight over the phone. When I have logged in to our company login for my id travel, southwest is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated

WN you can list at the gate, or try a different agent. I've heard this a lot lately and it sounds like 30% of their agents are super confused right now, hang up and try again.. or just go to the gate..

I don't have much experience holding a line. I have a pure CDO line for April. Can I trade trips from open time with them? Say I'd rather have a 4 day instead of 3 CDO?

You can't trade what would be considered 2 trips (i.e 4 days worth of CDOs) for 1 trip. You would have to drop some CDOs first, and then swap one of them for a 3-4 day trip, and only if during those days, the CA side is green. If you're a LAX based Captain - Good luck!!

they cracked down on the CDO trading after a couple months of people dumping all their CDO's for open time trips.

Good luck trading CDOs. Best option is trip trades with pilots. CS will most likely decline all your trades from open time.
