Your last sentence isn't accurate and is misleading. A majority of our pilot group has 3-4 years or less at compass but this isn't our first regional airline and a lot of us came from other DC carriers who have a of experience with the Delta shuffle. I hardly believe you guys didn't cry about losing some of those DELTA routes. Don't flatter yourself.

Didn't cry one bit! Also didn't cry when compass came in with 20 eagle 175's (after we voted no)thereby taking all of the flying we (envoy/eagle)did in lax. Maybe you need to educate some of your new guys then since you have experienced the shuffle before. It's all part of the game.

Ha ha, I remember when I was at Mesaba and Northwest was building up their presence out west. Skywest pilots being doosh bags on the radio, flipping us off as we taxied by. There will always be so jerks at every airline. So please stay away from the blanket statements like, "Did we cry about it? Nope. You guys are no better than the rest of us in this regard.
