Thought about it, but i couldnt find anything in the contract that prevented them from doing it. Dick move ? Yes. Illegal? I don't think so.

Maybe I missed something in this but if PM ready ends at 10:30 you leave at 10:30. No need to call them for release.

They probably made a ready reserve shift for him. It wasn't the standard PM ready times.

I didnt start until after 10:30pm. Wasnt regular pm ready. A friend of mine was also made to backfill on pm ready around 9pm and made to stay til 12am. This seems to be a thing now.

They addressed ready reserve "shenanigans" in today's email. Hopefully they stop pulling this kind of stuff.

interesting that he didn't say what the "shenanigans" are, just that they will stop. so anyone who doesn't read this will have no idea what they are talking about.

I know that. But I put my requests in during the sap period and got an email saying sap was suspended till Monday at 2400...
