I am sure there is more to it, IMHO FO position got the most stress free job, even compare with the FA. It takes a lot to get an FO fired.

Must be this generation: job problems and other problems being posted to FB where the entire world can read it.
I'm sure I could put a picture of good ole Adolf and say he's alive and half the dinguses out there would believe it.
As someone else has said, there's a lot more to this story than just them leaving for another regional.
If that specific FO is on here, I'd suggest leaving your personal issues off FB. It's no ones business, and you'll never know when someone might step in it .

You need to loosen your grip, man. I get being skeptical of management is good, but you are going full force with it. The other day you were trying to make the case that an operational update talking about performance was an indication of Delta being displeased with us.
Stop tilting at windmills.

I don't know the particulars but if there wasn't another reason I'll eat my socks. (ok so that's two things I'll my socks for, the other being a HAL flow).

I apologize Veewan, but you need to tone it down a bit. The antics are a little hard to bear and it suits no one, considering the state were in.
wait and see what happens. Wait to panic until it's actually time to panic.

Agreed. You do lots of silly one or two day turns on LCR (that people dropped to make their trips commutable), but once you get one trip assigned, it's difficult to get used the rest of your reserve block. And it's highly unlikely you'll get used your first day, too.
Hard to beat not sitting ready reserve though! If you don't like the fact that you might fly more open time trips as LCR, you could always bid short call RAP 5.

Last month I was on a LCR and got 3 day trips in a row in a 4 day stretch.and that is not the first time. One they ACARS me 1/2 hr before being done for the day with the usual, "you fell in line for a trip tomorrow ".
I understand that LCR pilots are going to get a lot of the day trips that commuters drop. What I have a problem with is that we can't see if they are assigning trips in the correct order.(in FLICA you could see exactly what they were doing)
For example. Last week I checked IOCC at 11pm LAX time, it showed 2 trips open for the next day. Then at 7am the list showed 4 trips assigned to LCR pilots. I guess it is possible that 2 trips opened up in the middle of the night, but no way to see. All you can see is the secret trip number code they put next to the name in the reserve. avail list. Can't even see who got which open trip.
Pro tip:
If you are going to drop trips to make your schedule more commutable, do it early to help your fellow pilots. There are a lot of FOs that would love to pick those up because they are not flying much. But when you do it last minute, those trips are automatically going to go to the LCR pilots. And trust me, the LCR pilots have had their fill of doing SFO, SJC and SAN turns. :-)

Yeah but think of all that extra block time you can get sitting out with the 2+ hour SFO EDCTs $$$$
