New hires
Hey y'all, good news again. 20 new hires on the books for January! PHX and LAX awarded! PHX went junior for both seats.
A shout out to our recruiters for working hard out there, congrats to our very patient Fall/Winter of 2016 hires... better late than never, but movement is a 'comin!
And congrats to the new hires, we're glad you're here. If SEA was desired, keep trying and you will most likely get it next bid.
Next year is gonna be a good year for all of us

I don't think the company has even posted an actual pay rate. How I understand it is they are going off an LOA that states the pay can go up to $41 and then 2% each year. As for training footprint one of the newer guys would know but I'd say it's been mostly consistent with what I did a couple years ago so probably correct.
