Default NBAA Learjet 40/45/70/75 Salary

Hey Guys & Gals

Just snagged my first gig in the part 91 world on the Learjets 40/45/70/75 and was wondering if anyone had the NBAA Salary numbers for this aircraft. As for myself, I would be an SIC on the airplanes, with no prior jet experience. I am just looking to see what the average is for the first couple of years. Thanks!

We just hired a sub 500 hour SIC with no jet experience on an XLS for $75,000.

Sub 500TT or AMEL?

What is your typical starting for a citation captain? Ours is around $120K for CE550 and we're losing people.

Sub 500TT. Starting Captain pay is 105, but we get a 5% raise every year plus stock options.
