They don't have their own flight department (or I'd be working there...have family at Intel).

Hey ZP, any info yet? Im looking for info too. I've flown with a captain who's husband works there. She says upgrade is slow and FO pay is pretty low but no real details. Im sending my resume in today, I don't know if you can beat day trips with holidays off.
