Ok, what type of single-piston? I'm going to take a stab and say it's a Malibu/Mirage??? For that I'd go for maybe $25-30k/yr for starters, if you have someone that's really generous and you have some good experience, push for maybe $40k. Really in this market, the ball is in their court, but there's always some reasonable folks out there. If it's anything less than the Malibu's, I'd say you'd be lucky for the $25k though.

Where is the flight department? In the Northeast, South?
How many hours do you fly a year? Do you handle all maintenace planning?
Accounting? Budgeting? Accoounts payable/receivable?
What is your experience level? People in corporate aviation will pay for experience. When in need of a Lawyer or Doctor the CEO seeks experience and do not haggle over the price.
If you bring experience, provide complete asset managment and provide exceptional service, you can state you own salary (within reason). 60-70K is easily within reason.
