From where to where and how much water your flying over...it depends on winds to be an Equal Time Point.
With a tail wind....less than half
With a head wind ...more than half

The answer is:

e. Cannot be determined with the information provided.

ETP is route specific based on weight, altitude, drift-down alternates, fuel policy, etc....

And are you doing it normal, one engine inop, depressurized or one engine inop and depressurized?

It's the (total distance of the leg*gs to return)/(GS to return*GS to proceed). If you're just doing it normal with all engines you can use 2xTAS instead of the two GSs, close enough.
