Much like the 500-series... "it depends". But yes, you can fly it single pilot. Depending on who's in the right seat, it's actually easier.

I know that I was with an outfit that paid $350/day and provided a company credit card. That was for 135/91 single pilot flying c-90/b200/b-300-350. They also pay that for the Baron trips that are all 91.

$200 per day in a CJ3? You need to charge more.

In my experience, hotels, meals, etc. are covered by the company employee on his company card. Anything the contract has to cover on his own (within reason) is invoiced back to the company at the end of the trip.

Yea $200 a day your getting screwed, and ruining it for the people that make a living off contract flying.
I just went through about 8 different contract guys to fly with me while the other guy was out for a month. We keep everything the same $600 a day company covers all expenses. That does include airfare or rental cars to reposition guys or gals. I flew with typed guys that had more time in type than I had total time, to guys that I gave a 61.55 to. They all got payed the exact same!!!
This is on a CE560XL

I forgot to mention that our day rate is $500 for anything we fly. Tbm, meridian, pa32r's, etc.... All travel exp, meals, and lodging covered. Most of my work is inner company related to the sale of an aircraft, but occasionally someone needs pilot service after we train them.

Thumbs up

Gulfstream 450/550/5 $1500 per day plus expenses and Challenger 601 $700 per day plus expenses. How much you make is dependent on what the airplane will support and your self worth(how well you negotiate). However, if you don't mind the expensive training and being gone alot the the Gulfstream 5 money is great.

Nothing like short selling your fellow pilots, good luck Karma sucks.

How much time in type would one need to be marketable in a GV though? I'm sure it's not like you can just pony up, get the type and start cashing checks. That's not exactly a straight winged citation.
