KaiserAir
KaiserAir is a par 91, 135 and 121 operator. They have had their 121 certificate for about 5 years now and have been in business for over 70 years. Use to be part of Kaiser industries (Hoover dam, Ship building).
It is a seniority based company and everyone starts out as FO on the Citations and works their way up to Gulfstreams or Boeings then start over on Citations as a captain and work their way up again. Last I heard it was about 8-10 years for upgrade. They have 3 Boeing 737s now. If you look at Pro-Pilot magazine Salary survey June 2016 they are somewhere between the average and high side of the pay scale and have great health bens. However it is the Bay area and COL is high. (the 52K starting salary is not correct from a previous poster) Most of their pilots have been their over 18 years. They must like it. Schedule is typical for non sched/corporate operators. Pilots fly more than one type and fly both 135 and 121. Boeings are all first class and you can ride them to Hawaii for vacation. Because they are 121 they have the 65 age rule.

Almost all the information given is accurate. Upgrade is very long, like 15+ years long. Top FO pay is 90k. No attrition in the CA ranks and only 2 FO's at the company.
Overall, nice place to work. Great people every where within the company.

if you're near the area try and talk to some of the crews or just visit the FBO at oakland. everyone there is extremely nice and the process was very professional. they let a few fo's go last December or January so try and get the scoop on why
