I use both. The Honeywell is more user friendly than the UNS. The UNS has no scratch pad while the Honeywell does. The UNS is setup to fly in measured mode vs predicted mode in regards to fuel burn. So when you load the flight plan it doesn't give you a predicted amount of fuel you will use and land with. The UNS has some nice functions; the surrounding ATC freqs, NAV info (names of surrounding NAV stations and airports). You have to update the fuel in the UNS if your using the APU before you takeoff. They both have their quirks. Both nice boxes.

Doesn't matter. Personally I wouldn't put a plane down to put one in, not unless the flight department just needed to spend $70k and boss wanted it.
