Lasting side effects are not as rare as you might think. I read many medical journals, Dr. reports, talked with many Drs. read many studies, they are pointing otherwise. I don't move goal posts or try to stop the country from moving again. That was pure hyperbole by you. Save that crap for a political rally.

I do not have as main goal in life, to support resturants and bars. I do not expect them to have a main goal of supporting airlines or any other profession.

I see. Because a person decides to follow some established safety protocols to help in mitigating the spread of the virus, you use the hide in the basement response. Such an enlightened response.

But the safety protocols aren’t working. Even the loud mouths that say the don’t wear masks still wear masks when they need to go to the grocery store or get on a plane. Nothing we are doing is slowing the spread so why do it? Just to look cool? I mean these masks are dangerous. You never know how a woman looks behind these things!

I think it s more enlightened than the notion that we shut down the economy until COVID disapears which is what you seem to be expecting from everyone else. Yeah.

Where did I allude to shutting down the economy? That is a stretch you have made. I have stated what I do. I have learned to expect nothing from anyone else.
I would add that not abiding by some simple safety protocols will do more to slow the economy by helping to keep spreading the virus than not.
