And then you can help make your fellow Americans become customers of the healthcare industry. This personal freedom thing is really getting confused with selfishness. I am fine with you not worrying about getting sick. Unfortunately we can’t put a stamp on your forehead that will prevent you from taking a responsible persons ICU bed or transmitting the disease to a fellow American trying their best to be responsible.

Medical professionals have confirmed that the virus is airborne, can float in the air for long periods of time, and does not need droplets for transmission. Attempting to use cloth masks to stop an airborne virus that is only 100NM on average is just as useless using a condom when spanking your monkey. Masks made sense when the belief was that the virus was only transmitted on droplets. That is no longer the case.

This virus is airborne therefore we will all eventually get it. No vaccine has ever been successful against corona viruses. It is time to get away from the mask and lockdown theater and live life. Protect the old and infirmed to your best ability by distancing and with early and aggressive treatment but masks and lockdowns do nothing.

Getting Covid on an aircraft is so exceptionally rare, it is essentially non-existent.

Doctors don’t have the best track record flying and now all these pilots refuse to accept well established medical consensuses.

Can you imagine a bunch of doctors espousing how pilots should fly their airplanes. Laughable.

Exactamundo. More evidence every day that mask use is ineffective in even slowing transmission rates let alone stopping transmission.

The mask police are nothing more than virtue signaling moral narcissists.

This highlights the two different realities the American public lives in right now. I would argue that the evidence overwhelmingly supports that mask use slows down transmission rates. How have we gotten to a place where we can coexist in two completely different realities. In all seriousness, with all due respect, I ask what are your sources of information?

Look at the numbers. There are places that masked and are doing great. There are also places that masked that are not. Same for places that never masked, some good some bad.

I don’t see a problem wearing the mask especially if it makes people more comfortable but I’m gonna fully disagree that there is any “overwhelming evidence” that masks are working.

Let me answer that, and if you want to look through my postings you will find they are generally supportive of mask use, accepting that mask use will probably not STOP inhaling of viral particles, but by decreasing the inoculum will likely - as has been demonstrated with other airborne viruses - at least decrease the severity of a case if someone does contract it.

we lost it as a society when those sources - even the ones you give - let their editorializing flow over into what was supposed to be information. Case in point:

We had a shortage of n95 masks that was going to be imperiling our most at risk medical personnel. Did we - truthfully - say that we were short on masks and we need to save them for the people most at risk and that everybody else would have to Improvise until we coukd gin up production? H€|| no, the CDC LIED and said masks weren’t necessary except for medical personnel and might even be harmful.

There is little credibility left in the old authority figures.

Nor have they put Chem Trails into the atmosphere.
