We have had multiple trips to Aussieland (Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne) over the past year.
The "circus" you go through is quite exotic. The ramp personnel are decked out in face sheilds and blue gowns as they park you aircraft. You are escorted on a "Red Zone" bus to the terminal and processed. The same bus drives you to the quarentine hotel for your incarceration. They lobby, elevators and hallways are plastic lined and ready for a murder scene. They knock on your door three times a day with food and a final knock for when they escort you back to the airport. The Aussies have lost their ever lovin minds. But they justify it by their case counts. I also have friends who live therr who are passed ****ed at their idiot government. I feel bad posting pix when I travel as they've been cooped up forever. These guys are all about several amazing trips a year so I can't even imagine! |
