But subsequently, the Americans with Disabilities Act was changed to forbid them from discrimination against those the FAA found medically qualified. It is doubtful that the court would find that a vaccine mandate would be legal today, absent a federal mandate. And the success of a federal mandate in court is doubtful…

If you think an 18 year old is too young to own a rifle, but a 16 year old is mature enough to vote, a 14 year old is old enough to get an abortion without parental consent, and a three year old is mature enough to decide their own gender, then you are the problem!

If illness is mild and equivalent to the common cold...WHY SHOULD ANYBODY CARE?
Nobody ever gave a nanosecond's thought about the four human coronaviruses that cause colds mutating into some uber-virulent strain, so why the constant irrational fear porn in the media?
All this is serving to do is alienate rational, moderate people who believed in mitigations and got vaccinated when they could but are growing effing exhausted at rampant stupidity and finger-pointing from people with unrealistic expectations of viral control and containment.
