Unless you're returning through AMS...KLM gate agents play by their own rules and will not honor the Spirit spas PSUP. Ask me how I know.

You need to elevate it to the supervisor, and if that does not work elevate it again. They tried that with me, it didn't work.

When are we getting the passes for the meltdown that was way worse than the meltdown we originally got the passes for because it was such a bad meltdown?
