I call shenanigans. Photographs taken in the 1860's required exposures of several seconds and the subjects had to hold very still. That F-15 would just show up as a blurred streak across the sky...unless it was the hover variant...

In a Close Air Support role, they usually used the hover variant, but the bank angle depicted exceeds the published ops limit for hover.

The photo is BS. That cannon is clearly the 12 pounder "Napoleon" howitzer. That particular model was not introduced until 1866.
