Anyone on here flying this? Clearly this balloon was sent to sample the chemtrails for quality control.

You know, if you research the days following 9/11, those days without chemtrails resulted in a 2 degree loss in temperature over the US. It's highly likely that the government is pumping a special chemical in the air, via chemtrails, to raise the temperature data, in order to push the climate change NWO global control initiative. I'm just kidding.

Assuming the altitude data in the video is correct, there was only about 500 feet of vertical separation between the GoPro camera and the A319. I'd hate to be the test pilot finding out how much damage a GoPro camera will do to an aircraft or engine during a collision at 250+ kts at 38000 feet.

250? Probably 450+ considering True Airspeed at that altitude...

Actually it was warmer during the day and cooler at night in the few days after 9/11.

During normal flight activity, contrails apparently reflect sun energy back into space cooling the U.S. about a degree during daylight hours and block absorbed energy from radiating back into space at night keeping the U.S. about a degree warmer at night.

Obviously Delta's fault. Everybody knows balloons have the right of way.

The article that Goggles posted mentions that CO2 emissions are likely the greater environmental threat. My non-scientific hunch sides with that theory.
But there is a certain ATLM88 captain who--on EVERY leg, mind you--makes a cruise PA about how burning jet fuel is good for the environment.
Sounds pretty psycho to me.
