Same situation, still serving. But someone took action with my info. Attempted to swipe a few grand from my bank account twice but USAA caught it each time and locked my account down. Once while on vacation which sucked, but AMEX Platinum saved the day there. Then my 2014 and 2015 tax returns were jeopardized. Took a whole year of dealing with the IRS to get the 2014 return and 6 months to get the 2015 return. Since then though it's been smooth sailing? Let's see what comes of the Equifax debacle now, best of luck to everyone. Here's to hoping that you don't get pegged like I have in the past...

It's a grotesque form of irony when these same Orwellian corporations that spy on your every financial move require you to pay them to freeze such spying when they screw up. (And pay again to unfreeze.)
