The company has pretty much shut down the back doors. Despite putting out over and over again that schedules are not final until posted in DBMS pilots kept calling and demanding to know why their schedule changed after they viewed it early. I think they are tired of the drama.

I was getting my schedule early just fine last winter. Now they don't upload the schedules after they are run. You can tell when a category run is complete if you happen to log on and see the trips missing from open time. They pop back in after 15 or 20 minutes. When I saw that I could normally back door the entire schedule. Not anymore.

As I stated the time is pulled for a short period of time and placed on each pilots schedule. Then it goes back in the pot. Why I don't know. Some type of check. If you notice the open time is missing you can plug in specific rotations and see if you have been awarded them. It then stays in the open time until the official release of the schedules to DBMS.
