A little off topic but wanted to get an idea of what a first year new hire would expect to earn at delta, give or take. I understand there is alot of variables but anyone have a ballpark?

Training pay (before completing OE)
Take home was about $1950 twice a month.
Married, no kids, paying GA taxes. Dental, vision, no health insurance.
Post training pay, (OE complete)
$2600ish per check on the 1st. Varies a bit with ALV changing month to month.
$3000 or so on the 15th because per diem pays out in that check.

It depends how long you have to be in training pay. I waited a month after indoc to continue training + OE, it was close to 3 months. Then I waited 6 months on rsv, finished the year with around 78k gross.

It's interesting to note (and sorry if someone else has already mentioned it; I didn't read all 6 pages of the thread) that not even Delta tells the applicant how much he/she will expect to earn. I'm looking at this:
https://www.deltajobs.net/pilots.htm
I guess it is understood that somehow you will know through research (internet forums?) how much you will be making should you decide to work for us.
I think it is unusual for job postings in other industries to not mention compensation details -- unless you can negotiate your own compensation package.
