I see this as a neutral from an aircraft standpoint. Just switching airports in Tokyo. Better for business however. Also, puts into question what happens to SIN & MNL.

Let's be realistic here, there's absolutely no doubt as to what happens with SIN and MNL in the next year or two at most.

No we dont! There are still many questions... Will Korean use a 747? Or perhaps the A380? Maybe a 777, or even a 787?
