That must be why they are attending the EAA event. Maybe we can get that thing certified one of these days.

So being junior got them displaced, but then didn’t and instead just got their seat lock dropped. I feel they actually scored a little versus the other <2 year guys that are still stuck.

Anyone else that watched the video feel like BS didn’t actually answer the understaffed question? But more of went on a “split rotations” tangent?

What about guys who displaced to another base and have already purchased a house there? They also said the 88 will be overstaffed until Feb 2020, maybe a good time to bid reserve.

They're running at clacker and any IROP puts the operation into mach tuck pretty fast. Yeah I know, never question anything that's profitable etc. The fascination on the optimizer has become an obsession onto itself. Its no longer about just saving money; its a sport at this point, like Kramer and that car salesman seeing how far they can drive on empty.

If you haven’t reached date of conversion but moved anyway, you’re on the hook for the company paid move.

Interestingly, if you took the VD on the MOAB, you were seat locked from bidding on the last AE, but the company can then sharp-shoot-cancel positions they don’t like and force you back to a position from 2 AEs ago?! Who would have seen that coming.

That has got to be reigned in.
