It would be nice if the union that the pilots of Delta pay dues for would actually bring this to all pilots attention instead of sweeping it under the rug as usual...
Once again pathetic ALPA!!!!

Another DPA drive-by. Guess there are a lot more unintelligent people at Delta than I originally thought.

In the next year or two, there are going to be two big labor loses for delta if the facts don’t change on this one. The USERRA case is going make Delta look worse in my opinion.

I've read the transcripts too and there indeed is some internal issues brought to light that does not make Delta look good. On the other hand, there was a disturbing pattern of behavior, climaxed by an interview that left an HR manager so disturbed she couldn't sleep, that led to the section 15 proceedings. The transcripts had alot of information, but there is alot of evidence that is still confidential. If both sides decide to continue til judgement with no settlement, all of it will become available to the public.

Is this about a female pilot or HR lady?

I'm guessing there is little chance of that happening. Agendas/personal battles tend take a backseat when dollar signs are thrown around.

Yes.

I think you're right. Delta doesn't back down to threats especially with dollar signs involved. When are the facts are laid out I think KP will take a bigger egg than Delta. Evidence like what was said in the HR interview and circumstances surrounding her resignation/firing from Air Wisconsin will likely be made public

I mean... unless you believe that the entirety of the Delta organization conspired against one person because they held unflattering opinions on training and safety.

You're way too smart to push throttles. Brain surgery, child's play. IT could use you.

Lol this lady needs to get a life. I agree that Graham didn’t present himself in the best of light during his testimony. At this point she is not interested in SMS non compliance, she has a personal bone to pick with the company.

If I was our CEO, I would get a court order that she is not to contact me directly. I would also say that what she is doing is borderline harassment.

I am pretty much dead center when it comes to Company/ALPA, and try to be rational. She did get bamboozled in 2016 by the 4th floor good old boys club, but why is she contacting Ed directly in May of 2019 asking to present a case to our BOD about SMS non compliance.

I have to watch a SMS video every CQ cycle. So to come extent we are compliant.

Kathy if you’re reading this—get a hobby. You are literally making yourself look insane.
