Effective July 1, you will have access to one standard gym for $28 per month (plus applicable taxes).* You will then have the option to purchase additional gym memberships with a $5 discount off the monthly fee.
Please select your primary standard gym by June 30:
- Log In: Access your Active&FitDirect account.
- Manage Memberships: Select "Manage Memberships" from the profile menu options.
- Remove All Standard Gyms Except One: Choose any gym memberships to remove andselect "Cancel Selected Memberships." Be sure to keep one standard gym as your primary. If your enrolled spouse/domestic partner also utilizes more than one standard gym, please cancel their additional gym memberships, keeping one standard gym as their primary.
If no action is taken by June 30, we will determine your primary gym based on your gym usage and remove all additional gym memberships from your account.

Log in to your account. Click on the little person icon in the top right corner. Go to manage membership, scroll down to the bottom below the list of your gyms and click on cancel entire program. It will ask you for a reason. Select other and let them know you don't like the new program. Save me a couple of them 5 pounders!
