I’ve had a few “alternate” uniform DAL flight attendants use the XFA. So long as they are dressed business casual with the appropriate documents I would never deny them or any commuter a jumpseat.

That being said, the DL FAs having 397 non-standard uniform combinations looks ridiculous. Although, I recently had a female FO with blue hair. So yeah...

I get the point you're trying to make but why not just let IFS management handle it? As long as you can identify them as a crew member (wings) then leave the rest to management.

I've seen pilots on transoceanic flights come out of the cockpit wearing sweat pants...who cares...not my job to police what anyone else is wearing unless i'm the lead flight attendant and in that case if it's concerning another FA I say something if it's egregious.
