Didn't read the whole thread but here is an interesting article about COVID-19 in South Korea. Here is a paragraph from it:

Yet in South Korea, where the country’s Centres for Disease Control and Prevention on Thursday reported 6,088 cases and 40 deaths, the mortality rate appears to be hovering around 0.65 per cent.

Here is a link to the article.

Im looking forward to 2 weeks of sequestration, peace and quiet. Probably my luck people will see this for what it is by then and i wont even be allowed to call in sick because the symptoms are too mild.

Oh well. Should've bought that apple and delta stock while the irrational children were screaming pandemic.

seems to be in line with the existing and broader stats that put the mortality rate outside China at .7 percent... Heavily skewed to the elderly.

nobody would flow back to Endeavor . There is no flow and Compass is gone , so if anyone gets furloughed , they could go work for Mesa

That's unclear at this point, especially when it's factors beyond the company control. We currently need 300-500 pilots this year, maybe more.

This is a moot point anyway, nobody is furloughing, and this will probably be out of the news cycle by mid summer.

Compass flowback is still alive and well in our contract as in theirs. Check PWA LOA#9.

considering most people that have this thing probably don’t even know they have it or have very mild symptoms, I’m willing to bet that number is even lower than that.
