Ha, ha. But yeah, for something this momentous you would have though they would have had a sister ship abeam to film( maybe they did) to be on station just in case.....no retro rockets and it slams thru the deck and everyone needs to be rescued, etc. In all honesty, I will be totally surprised if there is not footage of the event.....but then the tin foil hats come will out

If you liked that, lookup the video of Falcon Heavy boosters landing simultaneously together at Kennedy Space Center.

It is very hard to maintain a satellite uplink on a moving platform like that.... this video explains it:

A Great day for our country. That rocket left the launch pad so slowly and gracefully I thought it wasn’t going to make it! Awesome day

It’s a drone ship. Nobody to rescue if something goes wrong.

Just kidding, but with the cost of Vegas shows, that one might have been worth the money! Just kidding again.

In all seriousness, I'm glad Trump commanded them to launch..." safety be dammed, by God, I want a launch, I'm not wasting another trip down here".
Crap, a threefer

Seriously, that was amazing! Hopefully, it won't be politicized and can help bring the country together at least for the next 19 hours until nightfall or Space Station docking....fingers crossed.

hey man, I hear what you are saying and I agree with all of your positivity. What I can’t let slide without being a ****ty troll is giving one cent of this credit to trump. Somehow he waves a hand and all the professionals just nod their heads and say ok? Let’s give credit where credit is due. The men and women that put in a crap ton of sweat, blood, and tears to make something real we can all come together on as a nation.

all I ask is please please to not give any street cred to some standard scummy politician (they all are on both sides)
ok sorry

Despite the claim of "all seriousness" I read that part to be sarcasm or tongue in cheek. I agree with you otherwise. All the politicians do in these cases is come up with idiotic ideas (Space Force? Seriously!?) and write the checks.

That’s not what the NASA Administrator had to say right after the launch. Without the president’s support, none of this would be possible. Troll on, but try not to go full retard.
