I guess you haven't seen the multiple articles about the unreliable reporting in my great state either. There is a reason for all the Florida man memes. We just can't help ourselves down here but at least we aren't burning our cities to the ground either.

I think Florida Man is more a result of the state's criminal reporting laws. There are dumb people everywhere

There are also stories regarding states, and agencies accused of muddying or suppressing coronavirus data to keep cases artificially low. So in some instances we are over counting, and in others we are undercounting. Not to mention studies that have come out saying that because of lack of testing they estimate 6 to 10 times more cases than the official numbers reflect.

So the point of this thread is to validate that there is as of today and never has been A National Plan of Action to Combat COVID-19? Cause seems like those things would be included in that plan, as to how to test, where to test, who’s required to be tested, how long testing centers should return tests, how to code data......... You know leadership stuff.
