Unfortunately this is a old rumor that management keeps shutting down. Flying on all 777's stop on Oct 24 based on the present rotations.
it's amature hour after that flying the A-350 on legs it can't make. Fuel stops and can not carry people and cargo. And I thought we were in the business of making as much revenue per flight as possible.

That was my understanding as well. Can you show the revenue/cost data for the flying you mentioned?

777LR is 5-20% more expensive to operate per passenger depending on fuel costs. Supplement that with maintaining a relatively small fleet and it looks like a good decision unless that one route was super profitable.
