Default Staying Awake

What have you found works well for you when it comes to staying awake in the cockpit? Coffee only works for so long, and sitting still for hours on end can be exhausting.

Exercising on a regular basis & eating properly at the proper times helps al lot (outside the cockpit). Inside: iPod or reading.

The only thing that works for me is getting some extra sleep in advance. Melotonin can help with that.

Whatever I grab at the drugstore. I currently have a bottle of nature's bounty (triple strength) which seems to work just fine.
