Why is it so difficult for potential candidates to get a hold of anyone to schedule their interviews? Most of the other airlines have an online system where you don't have to talk to anyone to schedule it. I'd imagine Delta loses out on some candidates because of this, or at the very least frustrates candidates for no reason.

unless something has changed, an ATP is not a requirement to get hired. Get your application ready and in ASAP…Delta has hired guys without an ATP and they can add a few events to your initial training to get it all done at once.

that said, I would recommend working on your ATP in the meantime to increase your chances, but don’t delay getting your app in…you might get lucky and get the invite that much sooner
