Ruling comes as early as monday, 23 August 2021, or, later in that week
2 of us have already answered your question. One that was easily looked up from our union comms. How hard is for you to understand?
I really don't think you work at DAL.
Out.

From MEC News 12 August 2021:
Post-Briefings Filed
On July 13-15, 2021, the System Board heard MEC Grievance 21-07. ALPA and the Company presented opening arguments and called witnesses. On Friday, August 6, 2021, both parties filed post-hearing briefs and shared them with the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator has also requested additional briefings, which will be filed later this week. This dispute remains on an expedited timeline, with a decision from the Arbitrator expected by August 23, 2021.
The MEC sent this out on 12 August.
"later this week" according to my reps meant by the end of the week beginning 16 August.
Additional briefs are filed expect ruling next week.
You should talk to your reps more.
Scope. No. No gives. Zero. Delta Pilots flying Delta passengers always should be our goal. Period.

I’m not anti positive space commuting but that’s such an enormous win for commuters, that non-commuters that live in base should get “x” positive space passes for each family member per year plus the ability to list for JSs way earlier than the current 1x day for personal travel.

Positive space commuting increases reliability for the D.
Positive space commuting is the reason I am upgrading and commuting to said base for the next 18 months. Something I wouldn’t have done on the last AE without it.
Positive space commuting is a QOL gain that even if you’re not a commuter right now, you very well could be at some point in your career. Not to mention the opportunities to do some other things (I.e. upgrade/OOBWS) in a place that maybe you wouldn’t have without that stress lessened.
As for positive space commutes for you, you get the benefit. You can go on vacation with your family and fly yourself back to domicile for free and start a trip the next day. How your family gets to/from vacation isn’t something that 13,000 pilots negotiate for. Let them use their S2s.
I do agree with you on the JS more than 1 day for personal use.

To jump on the positive space commute band wagon; it benefits us people who live in base. The more ppl who live in base, the less last minute gs you could get. Especially if you are in the bottom 50%. 2 days of premium pay make up for the 4 round trip flights a month.
