Prepare Yourselves… 2022 AEs
#3361
Fair Enough, I did mean WB B. But your post illustrates my point. WB A never came down because of it's inherent qualities. The things that have brought WB B so junior are 'artificial' and not persistent, future deliveries notwithstanding.
To be fair, there have been at least 3 bids over the last 4 years folks have referred to as a/the MOAB - at least at the time. March 2019, Jan 2020 (which was cancelled due to COVID), Apr 2021. But there is still only one MOAD.
Notice a trend? Massive bids in the early part of the calendar year... I would expect the same to be true for the next AE in Early 2023, and it will be a 365 with the full closure of SEA 7ER.

True. My assumption is they run mock awards constantly through the process. By the time it closes they are close to what their desired result is. I could be totally wrong.

I think the primary driver of quicker results, however, is the new processing software from Jeppesen. BS has previously claimed to eventually simultaneously publish the projected training with the AE results, but we are clearly not yet there.

You are correct however they recently stated they see large pilot bid changes the last day of the window.
