GS Calls in 24 hours

Called in well yesterday around 1300. Today is April 3rd around the same time and have had 18 GS calls and one inverse. Is this the “new normal?”

I got 25 yesterday but I don't know if the rookies are running the show. Half were for the same trips

75% in the ATL. I’m used to getting a few calls per day but not this many this early in the month.

Speaking of GSWC...somehow I managed to ninja swap some crappy 5 days for 4 days during the initial swap process. Now I am under the GS trigger by ~7 hours. I have read the PWA and Sked Ref but I'm still not sure. Do I need to be at the GS trigger to get paid for both trips if I was to get a GSWC? TIA.

I know I can also fly an IA when under the trigger, but for now I actually want to keep my days off (crazy, I know). :o

No. The only thing the trigger applies to is straight GS

Why doesn't DAL modernize the way they solicit GS flyers? They could use fax machines? Or even pagers?

The ARCOS app works pretty well for GS solicitation

Definition of Irony. Putting your phone in airplane mode when you go to bed because you aren’t about to fly on your day off.
