Uniform Compliance
I'd like to give a shout-out to the nerds on Workplace today circle-jerking to management about how poor our uniform wear has become. One FO dared show up for a trip without his hat. Long-live the Van Admirals.

In what way do you agree? Explain why you can’t seem to figure out how to wear your uniforms correctly.
What if the captains decided “if you’ve can’t figure out how to wear a uniform correctly, you’re off the trip” who do you think is going to win?
Maybe I’ll start playing that game tomorrow. And no, I didn’t start the thread.

You want to know the difference? One is an FAA required piece of equipment in order to operate. The other is a hat.
And I find it so funny how much you get fired up over petty stuff like hats and backpacks on shoulders...gasp!
Let me guess, you wear your black jacket in August.
