“I don’t wear the hat because I don’t want to” = let’s find you a new job.
You going to fire 80% of LAX pilots?

Do you get a smiley sticker next to your name every time you tattle about a hat? Man, talk about a weird thing you take a stand about. Let me guess, you "issue orders" on the hotel van too.

What’s hilarious is, I don’t really care that much. I’ve actually never talked to anyone about their uniform before but I might start now, hoping it’s you. Lol.

Don't worry. I'd have all kinds of convenient lies to tell you. And I'd HAPPILY take some unpaid time off. I've been trying to drop this one trip for weeks to get a break. Is that all it takes is leaving my hat at home? Man, I've been doing PCS all wrong! I'll make sure to tell you to pound sand with your uniform policing so that it is as inconveniencing for you and the company as possible. And I'll enjoy my beer from my front porch knowing how worked up you get about things like hats.

You do whatever you like. I’ll just start getting more aggressive with uniform compliance and encourage everyone I know to also. If you chose to pushback that’s fine, you’ll lose though.
First, I got a good chuckle out of the first line, as I thought the same thing!

Secondly, are you as aggressive with the F/A’s uniform compliance as the F/O’s? Do they even have a “uniform policy”? They pretty much wear whatever they want as long as they have their wings on. Do they have any grooming standards either? I had a male flight attendant with a braided ponytail down to his belt line on one of my trips ( I admit that I am gender assuming. He had a beard so….).

The F/As are working crew members under the command of the captain while away from the gate, so you should be concerned with their uniform wear as well. How many of them have you sent home?

You guys are hilarious.

How about this?

Do you have some kind of problem wearing your uniforms correctly? Yes or No.

It’s not about supply chains or the FAs.

Regardless of how you feel about the uniform policy, do you chose to try and comply?

Cool,

CBreezy does whatever he wants regardless of the policy. Good to know.
