Hi all,
What does an “L” in front of a flight number on your rotation in MiCrew mean? Looks like an OE leg to me. Does it mean I might be released sometime prior to departure? Thanks. |

Short answer is, it depends. There should be training remarks on the pairing report in iCrew. Those remarks don’t show up in MiCrew. Could just mean that someone is getting a line check on that leg(s). Could be IOE. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
Thanks Sabre. I’ll check out iCrew. It’s for all 4 legs of a 2 day, so it looks like OE.

PB day question
If you drop a trip with PB days is there any restriction on picking up flying over that time period? For example if you want to drop a 3 day with PB days and pick up flying over the same footprint are there any restrictions?
Also I assume the way to make big bucks is only use 1 PB to drop the first high block day of a trip - wash rinse repeat, does this sound right? Thanks Scoop |

Does anyone know how bidding works if you are NQAT?
I understand that you should bid for big trips over your training and OE footprint. But I still don't know when my training will start so I may be on NQAT for at least some of the month. Is it just pro rata ALV? |

Submit a PBS inquiry, but usually just bid max credit or the highest amount you can fly that month and then you’re pay protected for your PBS award that they’ll manually remove from your schedule in dbms.

Thanks Scoop Also, pro-tip is to drop the trip with PB day and put in blind WS for same trip and it will all occur on the same PCS run. Each time you drop the trip though that credit that goes on your time card goes towards your normal WS pickup limit so you can only do this so many times unless you've dropped other trips or you start involving the Pilot Swap Board. |

After you do this maneuver twice, each time it will leave a TOFF code on your schedule with the pay amount for day dropped on your timecard. After twice, you have to submit a form via DELTANET crew skeds page asking for them to move one of the TOFF notations to another day (a manual process that has to be done by scheduling) so that you can pick up another trip over the same days. So if you plan on dropping and picking up the trip a third time, you need to proactively submit the form otherwise it will drop the trip but not pick it up due to Icrew limitations.

This cost me a Greenslip. Lesson learned. |
