I searched Deltanet for ESP.

Can you point me in the right direction for more info and possible enrollment?
TIA

Confirmed by a Rep I talked to…said it was no different then when PS is calculated….the Jan 15th paycheck was for flying earned the previous Dec, therefore it is included in the income for PS that year.

Using the PS calculator on Deltanet, my 15th paycheck is definitely not included in the number. Even accounting for subtracting out the first paycheck at the beginning of 2022.

Where on Deltanet is the calculator? And where could I find the place to select the proportion of cash/401k/etc.? Thanks in advance.

I’ll check mine when I get home…also possibility I misunderstood the rep…I was driving and didn’t take notes and we talked about numerous things not just this topic.

Guess we will see tomorrow

PS is based on December 31 paycheck flight pay which is your 2022 annual income. December 2022 settlement check is paid on January 15th and counts toward following year. Our 18 percent raise is effective January 1st. I stand by my conclusion that the January 15th paycheck is at 2019 rates while the January 31st paycheck will be retro’d at 18 percent unless they retro all 2023 income instead of just making pay rate effective on January 1. We’ll find out tomorrow.

This makes sense. But that also means the January 15th check is used to calculate the "retro" for 2022. I think this is what will happen.

Hello all. I’m an AA new hire (6 months on property) and just had Delta pull my app. I’m 45, own a home/live in an AA base but would be open to moving for Delta. The wife is onboard either way. I’m on the A321 and would be trying to bid for that at DL as well, but not critical. I’m seeking helpful advice as to whether it’s worthwhile to make the switch if hired at DL and give up 1k seniority at AA. Upgrades at AA are currently approx 3.5 years but supposedly going to drop. Schedule flexibility is lacking currently. Difficult to drop 4 or 5 day trips. Difficult to trade trips. 2 or 3 days off between trips is the norm for me so far. How are upgraded times and schedule flexibility at DL? Apologies if this was recently answered. Thanks in advance

How do grievances that take months to get paid over get treated with profit sharing/retro? Several in ACE that should be paid still.

Good point. However, if last years ACE grievance ends up paying out this year you probably actually end up making more money due to 2023 profit sharing most likely being even higher than 2022!
