Did someone tell you that the 1/15 check wouldn’t be included in the retro or did you come up with that on your own? Sounds wrong to me.

The 1/15 check was for flying in December at the 2022 rate.

They are assuming based on one bullet point and an email. Maybe it will be that way, maybe not. We will find out on Monday.

Hmmm....tell me you're new without telling me you're new. 😁

Came up with it on my own. Guessing the 14 percent retro will be based on exact number profit sharing is based on. Profit sharing pays DC though. Also guessing 18 percent pay raise effective January 1st. That leaves the 2023 January 15th settlement check at 2019 rates. We’ll find out Monday for sure, but I would bet what I said is correct.

It’s not a retro check. It’s a signing bonus based on yearly earnings.

Your retroactive earnings, you mean? ;)

Initial training

Can someone give an approximate schedule for class? I.E. how long is indoc, then is there a gap before aircraft specific training? Also how long is the aircraft training? If there is a significant gap, do you get sent home?

Indoc is 2 weeks (9 week days)
the gap until initial qualification is 1-6 weeks
IQ is approx 6 weeks long
if you have 2 or more days off you can positive space home

Confirmed by a Rep I talked to…said it was no different then when PS is calculated….the Jan 15th paycheck was for flying earned the previous Dec, therefore it is included in the income for PS that year.
