I’m flying into SJC and road-tripping up to San Fran for the layover to depart SFO. I remember something in the old PWA that we only got the pay if it was in the same duty period, I’m wondering if that changed.
Transportation to a layover hotel, by definition, is not a deadhead and not subject to the ground transportation pay tables.

23 L.4 Note payments don't show up in the reroute box on the timecard, but as an individual day entry with the 4F1R code.

All of this goes away with the new reroute language. If you're off your published rotation, you're getting reroute pay, period, dot, end.
does this apply to getting a trip off reserve that ends up getting all messed up?

Latest training center RUMINT is pulling back to 100/month over the summer due to SLI’s flying the line, then ramping back up to 200/month after summer.

Wow, so that's a net gain of about 1000 if true.

I recently heard 1800 this year, 1500 in 2024, and 1000 each year through the end of the decade for retirements and modest growth. Obviously a major world event will change that.

Except for last year, the 1800 or the 1500 were an all time record. 1000 is still very high relative to history.

I’d imagine it’s fluid. As regionals continue to tank in staffing more mainline lift will have to happen here and there.
