I’m looking at section 12 L. Specifically 12 L.2.f.

TIA!
If you are regular it should be fixed to full original pay when it closes out. If you are reserve you do not get rotation guarantee, you only get paid for what you actually operate.

This. Wait for it to show closed on your time card. If it’s not right call crew scheduling. Then the CPO. The ACE it last.

Yup, REG. Experienced that on a 6 day RES GS that canceled first leg, then ultimately canceled entire trip. Got 5:15 but lost the PB days and ended up working Christmas…

I figured it would fix itself at close out, but it was a good GS month so I had a slight heart attack when my credit to GS went way low!

Thanks, fellas, cheerio from LHR!

Fwiw, you don’t lose the PB days anymore under the new contract.

I was wondering why mine stayed! I didn't say anything obviously, but I thought they had just made a mistake. This is good to know.

Reg or Res?

If Reg, just take a breath, wait for your rotation to be completed and to show CLSD on your time card. If the hours are not correct, then call CS and have them update your rotation guarantee.

Can you point me to the reference on that? I’m struggling to find it.

I think it’s under either 23.S.11. or 13. I don’t have it in front of me.

4.H.4. "A reserve pilot will receive a minimum of two hours pay, no credit; be released from duty and receive free of duty periods under Section 23 S. 11...."

I take that to mean you get a PB day for the X day you reported on, not the full compliment of PB days that you would have received for the trip that was cancelled. I'd be happy to be wrong about that interpretation.

Correct. If you received all your PB days from a 4 day GS that NOOP/Cancelled, the scheduler screwed up by not removing them.

Be aware the company audits and removes unearned PB days.
