Thanks for that! Unfortunately that doesn't show what I saw on a rotation I was looking at, so I guess I'll ask the internet help section.

I was looking at a rotation and between the day and flight number, for each flight on the rotation, was an 'L'. Does anyone know what that means? I guess now that I'm a bit clearer-headed it probably meant there was a line check somewhere on that rotation. Good guess?

Yep, that’s a line check.

Good news if you’re the FO, if not…

It *can* be good for the FO…

Maybe LCA is giving IOE to new hire and the FO will be released from the entire trip.

OR

Maybe the Capt is getting a line check which means the FO is now getting one as well.

For EVERY flight in a rotation, nah.

It’s some sort of OE

OP didn’t say how long the rotation nor how many legs.

2 day rotation….Capt getting checkride…one leg, overnight, one leg, done…ask me how I know.

Go into iCrew, select the Preflight menu, then Rotation. Enter the rotation number, base, and date. That’ll show you a more detailed view of the rotation than the open time menu shows. At the bottom there should be comments from the training department explaining exactly what type of event is planned for those legs (OE, line check, etc.).

I was able to download the new and unimproved MiCrew from the hub. I had a good extended run with the old version. Directions are available on deltanet.

Took a call with IT to get fixed, but anyone know how to get rid of the “rest” block on the calendar?

While technically correct (the best kind of correct), the directions on delta net are better hidden than PB’s sense of humor. Took me a good 20-30 minutes to find the hub code and the delta net search function belongs in the 7th circle of hades.

iCrew "Pilot Names," works as well. A LC should never be a surprise to anyone (although it's supposed to be.)

MiCrew User Guide, complete with instructions on downloading HUB and installing Micrew (both on page 4) is easily found in Aerodocs on your EFB.
