Default DTW Seniority

I’ve got the invitation to interview but would be leaving another legacy so was curious about DTW.

Is it a senior base?
What fleets are there?
Ballpark how long to hold widebody FO there?

I know the 717 is super junior there, both seats. My buddies hired in November are in the 50% range for seniority.

Can’t speak for much beyond that as I don’t keep up with it.

id say Detroit is some-what junior. Nothing compares to NYC. But seniority in DTW appears to be pretty good.
The last 3-6 years you could go left seat after 3-5 years, or go 330 or 350 at 4-5 years.

That's impossible; most JR 350 B is at least 5.5-6.5 years. It's currently around a 9000 number.

You are correct.... I misunderstood him. But he only slightly senior to the number you posted above.

Looks like 9.6k is the plug for DTW350B.
