I thought it was 3 hours in advance. Oh, that’s right. Couple ADG guys signed that away for pennies on the dollar a few years back, cause most of us just don’t understand.

Wonder how many pilots lost thousands on that gem this last year?

Weird statement, when was it ever 3 hours in advance to get RR pay? In fact not that long ago there was no RR pay. Who are ADG guys?

RR was done after completion of flying on day 3/5 (resulting in no flying on day 4) due to aircraft and FAs not making it to AUS.

They originally gave us a different RR for day 4 before changing it to the illegal RR

Time card shows RR pay for day 5 flying and trip credit.

I'm thinking we should get RR pay for what we did on day 3 as well since that is when the RR was placed on our schedule, plus assignment pay since they didn't even try to cover the open segment properly.

Also, the DH back to base was to JFK and we started at LGA. Should we get duty time credit for the ground DH back to LGA? I only ask because we ended up on a duty rig for pay purposes.

Just to clarify, that’s not necessarily an illegal reroute, just a reroute where you are due reroute pay. Sounds like you are due reroute pay for days 4 and 5, no assignment pay due. You will be paid for the ground dh from jfk to lga on your PAS, $18.75.

His duty day will also be extended 45 minutes and count for 1 for 2.

Someone in SLC should be entitled to some additional pay (or at least I hope so) since the segment was not covered properly even if I'm not due assignment pay for CT not following the rules, right?

ACE filed regardless

Maybe, maybe not. They only have to cover the segment from the base it originated in if it’s legal to do so when the segment become uncovered, and if they can cover it from the originating base with the same number of duty periods. ALPA will figure it out.

That one 23.L.4 note has cost Delta pilots millions and millions of dollars. When ALPA agreed to it, I'm guessing mgmt was thinking these idiots, and laughed all the way to the bank.

ALPA didn’t agree to it, I believe it was a side deal with Bill K that was “discovered”, this he’s was fired.
