I saw this and thought it was an odd comment, then realized sarcasm is hard on the internet.

I see the sarcasm, but it shows a few important things here at Delta(s):

1) It sucks to be junior on NB.

2) Our AE system blows
a) no way to know what positions will actually be available because it’s all to company’s discretion.
b) no way to know, if you actually get awarded anything, when you may actually go to training. You might get a projected list, but that doesn’t mean a damn thing.

3) Take upgrade on anything if it meets your % in BES. 320/73N and 7ER are all pretty similar if you can hold the same relative seniority IMHO.

Yes, every FO position in the company is possible for new hires now. (not kidding, it's true).
