717 (B side at least) is going to get slaughtered this summer. Next month DTW is critically black every day. ATL has been over staffed for months but next month every day is black. There has been a small trickle of new hires the past several months so no relief in sight as flying ramps up.

How many more 717's are there to bring back? Or is it more a matter of increasing utilization?

Some combination of more planes + more utilization + the category has been shrinking as people train out with no replacements.

If you go through some widebody bid results almost every month, some will have double digit full lines unbid. It makes no sense to me. And it’s been going on since 2021
