I make more currently as a senior 320A, but it's not a slam-dunk by any means. I work harder than I'm used to from the WB world, and plenty of pilots have fled my position with their tail between their legs back to the WB seat from which they came. Having choices is great, but make sure you are plugging the correct info into your decision making calculator.
It's all a seniority game. Decent seniority WBB will beat out junior reserve NBA hands down, especially 717/220A. But once you hit decent seniority 320/73N NBA becomes a gravy train that's hard for a WBB to beat, particularly in a BES that's understaffed(Hello NYC).

I guess I see what you are saying. Folks talk a big talk, but don't actually walk the walk?

NBA favors locals and close commutes with low time close coverage GS. You have to hustle to pick up lots of little trips. WBB can see some high time GS that work for a commuter. I've only done 3 GS this year, but they were 7 days, 9 days and 5 days. The resulting PB days are worth 12-17 hours for WBB vs 6-8 for NBA. WB reserve coverage means you can actually cash in PB days. NBA clearly comes out ahead on pure hourly comparison like vacation value, sick pay and training pay. There are lots of "good deal" niches throughout the system. It's more complex than just BES at X seniority. Location matters in the WBB vs NBA discussion.

I think with more frequent, smaller AEs, everything will go a little more senior.

The huge thing with this is that as long as the GS continue to flow, its certainly a win. However, historically WB GS weren't all that common, and/or they rarely made it out of the standard few senior guys who got every GS. Pre-rona, as a junior WBB, I kept an open GS in for every base and didn't even get 3 GS in 3 years on the 330. I tend to like to base decisions on, if the GS train stopped tomorrow, where would I want to be.

This is a huge point. Everyone talks like it's either senior(ish) WBB or junior NBA. In my case it's either 60% WBB or 25% NBA. As you say, it's much more complex than some lead on.

For all three? In the last few bids the 320 has gone significantly more senior than the 73N and the 717. Last month’s bid 73NA went to 13,500 or so. Are you thinking it’ll go more senior than that this time?

Think they’ll do mock awards like last time?
