I find the issues on these small AE’s not really what senior people are doing it’s just the sheer lack of options that is holding back from widebodies really breaking the 11k barrier again. It will happen but it will take time I think. Not enough monthly bids yet to help guys out like Flex and I
I run into a lot of people who get all hung up on the results but don’t even realize the bid had 0 openings for what they were chasing and not a lot of up movement to change things up. We are all mentally still attached to results of bigger bids it seems like

The reality of it is we have had a grand total of SIX A330B openings since January. That’s unheard of. The next few AEs will make up for it or else we may be hurting big time come next year!
